The Club has two sessions each week for swimmers with disabilities / Para swimming which take place at the Dolphin in Haywards Heath and the Triangle in Burgess Hill. Both groups offer classes for children from the age of 7 and adults.

The Staff are qualified and where necessary, swimmers have the benefit of 1:1 assistance. Classes cater for beginners through to competitive swimmers and are based on water confidence, skills, swimming and fun! Many members are able to swim in mainstream lessons as well.

​

Each year, we host a para-swimming gala where swimmers have the opportunity to experience a competitive environment and many swimmers go on to participate in regional and national and international events, often with spectacular results.
